Before you email

Check the in-app dashboard at Apps → TagAlong for usage and plan status.
Make sure your addon products have either the shipping_addon tag OR the tagalong.is_addon metafield set to true.
Confirm the discount's Combinations checkboxes are all unchecked (TagAlong runs standalone in v1).

Known limitations

Shopify checkout displays addon items as a separate “shipment” even when shipping is waived, because they live in a separate shipping profile. This is a Shopify presentation behavior outside the app's control.
TagAlong's bundle discount does not combine with other shipping discounts in v1.
The customer-facing checkout message is fixed at “Free with bundle” in v1. Merchant-customizable messages are planned for a future release.
