FAQ
What counts as a “bundled order”?
An order is “bundled” when TagAlong's shipping discount fired at checkout — i.e. the customer had at least one addon-flagged product AND one non-addon main item in the cart, and the addon's shipping line was waived.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?
The bundle discount pauses for the rest of the billing month (customers see normal shipping rates), and the dashboard prompts you to upgrade. The discount resumes automatically when the new billing month starts, or immediately if you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling drops you to the free tier at the end of your current billing period. No proration, no cancellation fees.
Why does checkout still show “arriving in 2 shipments”?
Shopify groups items by shipping profile. TagAlong waives the shipping COST for addon products, but Shopify still displays them as a separate fulfillment line because they live in a different shipping profile. The customer pays one shipping charge — the display grouping is a Shopify presentation choice we can't change from inside the app.
